Maintenance Officer

Qualifications :

    -A diploma in Shipbuilding with at least five (5) years direct working experience in shipbuilding or offshore industry with minimum 2 years in supervisory position

-Understand and able read ISO drawings  on various systems on board the vessels

-Able to co-ordinate with vendor or supplier in technical matter & commissioning;

-Effective analysis and problem solving skills;

-Knowledge and ability to use computer  is preferred

-Good command of English and Azeri (preferred but not necessary)

Piping Officer

Qualification :

-Able to co-ordinate with vendor or supplier in technical matter & commissioning;

-Effective analysis and problem solving skills;

-Must have computer knowledge in AutoCAD, Corel Draw etc.;

Electrical Engineer

Qualifications

-A degree in Electrical Engineering with at least five (5) years direct working experience in shipbuilding or offshore industry;

-Knowledge of marine class surveyor rule;

-Understand and able read electrical installation & control circuit drawing;

-Able to co-ordinate with vendor or supplier in technical matter & commissioning;

-Effective analysis and problem solving skills;

-Must have computer knowledge in AutoCAD, Corel Draw etc.;

-Good command of English and Azeri (preferred but not necessary)

Welder

Qualifications

-Must be able to produce acceptable weld quality as per welding code;

-Must be able to read WPS and know how to follow;

-Minimum requirement 3G for steel welder, 6G for pipe welder and at least 3 years welding experience;

-Understand the MIG process will be an added advantage;

-Self- discipline and good communication with co-workers and Supervisors.

Qualifications

-Bachelor’s degree and 3+ years of relevant work experience in recruiting;

Welding Inspector

Qualifications

-Degree/Diploma in Engineering, Trade certificate

-At least 3 years of experience in Welding Inspection with good service records from pervious company (experience in shipbuilding and ship repair industry is an advantage);

-Must have a valid Certificate, Certified to either AWS CWI or CSWIP 3.1, as minimum.

-Basic Knowledge of NDT (RT, UT, MT, PT), and ITP;

-Knowledge of various codes such as ASME, AWS, BS, API etc.;

-Exposure to various classification rules RMRS, ABS, and DNV etc.;

-Knowledge of shipbuilding construction, repairs and shipyard operations is an advantage;

-Knowledge of welding processes SMAW, FCAW, SAW, GTAW, GMAW ;

-Commitment to HSE;

Purchasing Officer

Qualifications

-Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Technical/Engineering field with at least three to five years of purchasing experience in offshore or related industry;

-Experience with International procurement procedures;

-Experience with shipping, customs and clearing procedures;

-Team player with strong interpersonal skills and ability to drive with aggressive deadlines in pressured-filled situations;

-Experience with Financial procedures related to International trade;

-Strong superior Negotiation and Communication Skills in spoken and written English and Azeri, other languages like Russian, Chinese a major plus.

Sub-Contract Officer

Qualifications

-A bachelor or master degree in Commercial or Engineering area with min 3 years of experience in liaising with sub-contractors;

-Familiar with requirements in steel works, piping, electrical, painting, scaffolding, HVAC;

-Familiar with Classification rules of ABS, BV, DNV and RMRS is an added advantage;

-Strong communication and negotiation skills, high level of responsibility;

-Strong teamwork and able to integrate and contribute within a team environment;

-Good computer skills;

-Ability to communicate and express information in written and oral form in English and Azeri.

Planner / Scheduler

Qualifications

-A bachelor or master degree and 3+ years experience in planning/scheduling;

-Advanced knowledge of and proficient with Primavera (P6 is an added advantage) and MS Office products (Excel, Project, etc.);

-Ability to modulate with a dynamic workload: from heavy multi-tasking during peak workloads – to very focused, detail-oriented work during critical projects;

-Strong project management, organizational, and communication skills are required;

-The ability to produce and track a budget and a understand financial statements create and communicate alignment sheets;

-Exceptionally high level of commitment to the success of overall projects;

-The ability to work together with Client and other Contract representatives as part of a group;

-The ability to accurately communicate ideas, instructions, questions, problems, solutions;

-Ability to communicate and express information in written and oral form in Azeri and English.

Lawyer

Qualifications

-Qualified lawyer with a minimum 4+ experience as a corporate lawyer;

-Candidate must possess bachelor or master degree in Local or International Law;

-Knowledge of Civil, Labor, Criminal, Taxes, Insurance and Contract Law, the basic norms of International law;

-Ability to solve problems in a methodical and practical way;

-Ability to communicate persuasively and clearly, both orally and in writing;

-Ability to communicate and express information in written and oral form in Azeri and English;

-Highly skilled in negotiating and debating.
