Quality Analyst

Description:

•       Plan, develop and execute software testing tasks for applications developed using various technologies including distributed Internet technologies (Java/J2EE, relational databases, XML, web services, etc.).
•       Analyze, document, and submit issues discovered during testing. Verify and close issues resolved during the release cycle.
•       Analyze business requirement specifications and interact with QA testing team to plan and develop test cases.

Process Associate - Sales Commission

Description:

Essential Day-to-Day Responsibilities:
1. Administration activities on the Trust Commissions tool including reference data maintenance, processing of manual adjustments on Sales transaction data and monitoring the tool daily scheduled activities
2. Accountable for the accurate and timely processing of adjustments and reference data changes
3. Written or verbal interaction with Commission Analysts located in Bangalore, London and New York on adjustment processing and support them on any queries or report requests from Trust Commissions
3. Partner effectively with EBS support teams and perform user acceptance tests (UAT testing) from Business side and support in defect fixes or system enhancements on the Commission tool
4. Ensure proper processes are followed for the areas that come under SOX and ensure 100% Compliance
