Production Engineer, Supervisor/FIT out Engineer

Education: Strictly for Architect, Civil Engineer, Designs Educational Background only.

Nationality: Any, but should speak Urdu/Hindi effectively.

Job Responsibilities:

·         Responsible for the smooth operations of production in Art Department

·         Monitors the workflow in the Art Department workshop

·         Manages staff & labors schedule and delegation of work

·         Monitors the client’s orders which are currently being cut and polished

·         Supervise the cutting and finishing works in the Art Division

·         Coordinates with logistics personnel for accurate and proper dispatching and delivery of orders

·         Supervise the installation and fixing of the art works at site whenever necessary. This may require overnight works

·         Prepares job completion report subsequent to all accomplished works/projects

·         Performs related works to support Art and other Department

·         Forecasting, monitoring of progress of work and ensuring the work are carried out in a given time frame

·         Mobilization of equipment, manpower and materials at the project site in timely schedule

·         Executes site inspection, variation orders, Superior’s instruction and incorporate in the shop drawing

·         Close coordination with the clients at site

·         Attends projects site internal, external and technical meetings and prepares report if necessary

·         Checks and verifies materials, technical submittals and approvals

·         Supervise and inspects quality of work and quantity of materials to ensure that the specifications are fulfilled

·         Responsible in planning and organizing daily work activities and inspection requests of the Art Department Manager

·         Preparation of monthly evaluation claims and backup documents

·         Involving in the estimation and analysis of the projects in all details such as CPA (coating)

·         Adds/Modifies CAD drawings before forwarding to CNC

Job Description and Requirements

·         Maintain and develop existing new customers through appropriate propositions & ethical sales methods, and relevant internal liaison, to optimize quality of service, business growth and customer satisfaction.

·         Provide support & advice to management & staff on procurement matters.

·         Review of purchasing arrangement with suppliers including price, delivery, performance & discounts to achieve reduced supply chain costs to council

Project Coordinator - Civil Engineer

 

Basic Functions

The role will be responsible in planning, designing and coordinates for the company’s projects. Leads and organizes the civil works related jobs, provides assistance in operations, government issues, reports on major failures and recommends suitable actions for the improvements and innovation.

Overall 24 hours per day, every day, responsibility.

Organizational Relationships
• Reports to the Operations Manager on a daily basis.
• Responsible for Electrical Technicians.
• Working relationships with all the Production Engineer, Mechanical Maintenance. Engineer and Shift Supervisors.

Duties & Responsibilities

Planning & Organizing

• Managing company project and ensure project is delivered within the time, with quality as planned. Ensure projects risks are reported to GM together with solutions and alternatives.
• Responsible for managing a project through the project life cycle. (Planning to close out) Overall leadership of the project team ensuring safely, timeliness of the projects.
• Co-ordinates with all parties involved with the project; internal departments, consultants, contractors and the government department.
• Coordination with all departments on all technical requirements and delivery.
• Oversee the delivery of projects according to agreed time frames
• Plans and prepares periodical preventative maintenance schedule at the beginning of each year and carries out duties mentioned therein in coordination with Production Engineer.

Experience

• Minimum experience of 3 years in the field of Industrial Electrical Engineering (UAE Experience),
• Work in projects of industrial constructions,

Educational Qualification

BS Degree in Civil Engineering/ Diploma

Draftsman

 

The Role

Draftsman position is fully responsible for Design and AutoCAD Drafting Shop Drawings. Built drawings for MEP Projects related to Industrial, infrastructure and construction projects etc.

• AutoCAD Draftsman – HVAC 
  The Employee responsibility includes design and AutoCAD drafting of complete HVAC works including air distribution calculation, duct sizing, duct layout, refrigerant piping, chilled water piping, diffusers / grill sizing etc. and plumbing, drainage and firefighting layouts.
• AutoCAD Draftsman – Mechanical 
  The Employee responsibility includes drawing and preparation of HVAC, Plumbing, Drainage & Fire Fighting layout / Composite Shop Drawings including design calculation, piping design etc., Employee responsibility also includes site survey, preparation of as built Drawings.
• AutoCAD Draftsman – MEP 

The Employee responsibility includes preparation of COMBINED SERVICES shop drawings including preparation of HVAC, Plumbing, Drainage, and Fire Fighting, Electrical etc. Employee responsibility also includes design works.

Requirements:

1. The ideal Candidate should have exposure in working of MEP services, (Industrial Design experience good knowledge with mechanical drawing)

2. Minimum 5-10 years’ experience in related field of specifications.

3. Strong Team leadership and Management Skills.

4. Ability to work under pressure and flexibility to work long hours, if situation demands.

5. Ability to work in a collaborative and diverse team environment.

Educational Background and Technical Skills

Bachelor’s Degree/Diploma in Civil, Design, Mechanical Engineer or Equivalent

(AutoCAD 2D & 3D, Solid Works, ANSYS, ProEngineer, CATIA, Solid Edge)
