Job Description:
·
Prepare long term financial projections for various upcoming school
projects and evaluate the feasibility on basis of certain capital budgeting
parameters.
·
Construct dynamic financial models and perform scenario analysis.
·
Develop AOP – annual operating plan & 5 year business plan (rolling
forecast model).
·
Develop tools and systems to provide critical financial and operational
information to the business head and make actionable recommendations on both
strategy and operations.
·
Perform market (desk/field) study in order to drive the strategy for the
business.
·
Participate in implementation of approved school projects.
·
Finalize the chart of accounts for the school business and coordinate
with the accounts team to finalize the P&L on a monthly basis.
·
Monitor the actual financials against budgeted. Identify the variance
and suggest corrective measures.

Assistant Manager

Drafting and review of legal documents·
·
Drafting legal opinions on issues raised by
management and other departments·
·
Follow up on litigation·
·
Assistance to lodge Police Complaints·
& follow up
·
Research and analyze implications of case
laws, legislations, and regulatory matters that affect the company.·
·
Document control·
& management of legal documents
·
Manage the overall work flow and ensure timely
response is sent to in-coming emails·
·
Other duties as requested by the Head of the
department·
Skills required:
·
Minimum 3/4 years' experience in a similar
role in oil· & gas industry.
·

& Singapore
·
Bachelor's degree in Law from a recognized
university·
·
Good research and drafting skills·
·
Excellent Knowledge of UAE laws.·
·
Must have excellent communication skills.·
·
Excellent command of the English and Arabic
languages (litigation documents).·
·
IT Skills Required: MS Word (Expert); MS
Excel; MS Outlook·
