Description:
Essential Day-to-Day Responsibilities:
1. Administration activities on the Trust Commissions tool including reference data maintenance, processing of manual adjustments on Sales transaction data and monitoring the tool daily scheduled activities
2. Accountable for the accurate and timely processing of adjustments and reference data changes
3. Written or verbal interaction with Commission Analysts located in Bangalore, London and New York on adjustment processing and support them on any queries or report requests from Trust Commissions
3. Partner effectively with EBS support teams and perform user acceptance tests (UAT testing) from Business side and support in defect fixes or system enhancements on the Commission tool
4. Ensure proper processes are followed for the areas that come under SOX and ensure 100% Compliance
5. Produce various scheduled as well as ad hoc reports as requested by Global Stakeholders by extracting the data from Trust Commissions with different design or customization to enable proper analysis and interpretation
6. Quickly adapt to new policies or process changes and support in documenting the same
Requirements::

1. At least 2-3 years of Work Experience in finance industry
