ARCHITECT

ROLES

• To develop clear, aesthetically attractive and logical presentation materials.
• To manage task budgets and working appropriately to the budgeted hours.
• To chair and participate in meetings effectively.
•  To supervise and mentor junior staff.

QUALIFICATION

• A Bachelor degree from a reputable university in Architecture, and a Master’s degree in Urban Design.
• At least 10 years’ relevant work experience in an urban planning, urban design or master planning environment.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in Arabic and English. Working knowledge of French and Portuguese would be advantageous.
• Competencies in CAD and graphic software and Microsoft relevant to the position.
• An understanding of the proposal process (e.g., EOIs, RFPs, etc.) including proposal production.
• The ability to show imagination and design flair in urban design but at the same time to be rooted in realism and to develop an effective dialogue with the client so that the outcome is a design that is pleasing and works for the client.
• The ability to lead project teams and to have proven experience in large scale project management. Good team interaction, including with other disciplines, and effective liaison with clients.
• A strong grasp of the design process and of the undertaking of multiple design tasks from concept through to detailed design.

ARCHITECT / SENIOR URBAN PLANNER

ROLES

• To write concisely and to assemble coherent documents including tables of contents and the illustration of key text points with charts and graphics.

ELECTRICAL ENGINEER

• B.Tech/B.E in Electrical. Engineering is required; M.Tech is a plus.
• Experience between 2-15 years.
• Candidates should be well versed in the Design of Electrical building services for various types of facilities including commercial, institutional, industrial, residential, office buildings and similar facilities, in addition to infrastructure projects. Design activities include the preparation of reliable Electrical concept designs and Tender/Construction Drawings and Documents/Specification for: 
•  Electrical services: requiring a good knowledge of lighting design, power supply and distribution, MV/LV single line diagrams and systems, earthing systems, lightning protection, switchgear protection, etc.
• Candidates should have good experience in coordination with other disciplines, and resolving design and technical issues.
• Basic knowledge of AutoCAD and Revit/BIM is required.

Mechanical Engineer

ROLES & Qualification

• Degree in Mechanical Engineering. 
• Experience between 2 to 12 years in Mechanical Engineering consulting that includes design knowledge in the relevant fields: Heating, Air-Conditioning, Plumbing and Fire Fighting. 
• Knowledge and skills to develop design concepts ensuring that all aspects are technically sound and compatible with the scope of work. 
• Prepare project requirements/deliverables such as Drawings, specifications, BOQs, Reports, etc.
