Production Optimisation Lead  Reference:

The POL will exist within the Production Management team reporting to the Production Manager. The aim of this role is to support the Asset Managers in the adoption of best practices that will deliver consistent and sustainable production performance across RSR. The POM will lead a small team, including the facilities and production engineering leads, and be required to influence and direct part time asset assigned resources to deliver time bound improvement projects.

:  Principal Integrity Engineer
DESCRIPTION:
The Principal Integrity Engineer works within the Integrity Team of the Technical Services Department. They will provide leadership and expertise in the areas of pressure systems integrity management, integrity monitoring, strategies, workflows and fabric maintenance. Specifically facilities covered are topsides pressure systems but technical support to pipelines, structures and wells may also be required from time to time.

QUALIFICATION:

  • Individual will be able to demonstrate practical application of expertise complemented by a sound education in mechanical engineering (or related subject) with a strong bias and in-depth knowledge of integrity management
  • Ability to lead teams, provide line management capability, and an interest in developing staff
  • Ability to cope rapidly with challenging problems

:  Field Engineers
DESCRIPTION:
The Field Engineer is a core member of the Asset Integrity team, accountable for ensuring the integrity of the asset based on sound engineering knowledge. The focus of the role relies on combining sound technical integrity knowledge with its direct application on the asset The Field Engineer ensures the quality of inspection, reporting and recommendations for follow-up. The position is considered to be initially offshore based but over time moving to an onshore role with time offshore governed by volume of integrity work activity and the requirement for onsite technical support

QUALIFICATION:


  • Minimum 5 years? experience in plant inspection
  • ASME Plant Inspector or API 570/510 Code certified Knowledge and experience with Non Destructive Testing (NDT) methods

Integrity Integration Lead
DESCRIPTION:
The Integrity Integration Lead is a key senior position within the Asset Integrity Leadership team, part of the Technical Services Department. Leading a team working directly alongside the Principal Pipelines, Corrosion and Integrity Engineers and their teams, they will work in a collaborative approach with the wider Technical Services team, Assets, other business functions, service contractors and external stakeholders in setting and assuring technical excellence for integrity across to meet the business plan and corporate goals.
QUALIFICATION:
  • Significant experience within the offshore Oil & Gas industry within the fields of pressure systems or structural integrity management.
  • Specialist knowledge and experience in the specification and application of coating and PFP systems for Oil & Gas facilities in marine environment is preferable.
  • Specialist knowledge and experience in the use of composite repair systems for Oil and Gas facilities is preferable.
  • Specialist knowledge of the specification and application of NDT method on Oil and Gas facilities is preferable.
  • Knowledge and experience in project and commercial management.
  • Good knowledge of legislation, guidance and regulations.
  • Good knowledge of international management system standards such as ISO55000, BSI PAS55, ISO31000, IEC, EI, etc.
  • Strong commitment to both Process Safety and Personal Safety, and an understanding of the importance to business delivery of effective integrity management.

Senior Operations Reservoir Engineer
DESCRIPTION:
Reporting to the Subsurface Manager the Senior Operations Reservoir Engineer will be responsible for the management of day-to-day field operations and optimisation of reservoir and well performance. The Senior Operations Reservoir Engineer will ensure that all reservoir zones are depleted in a way that maximises economic production without compromising ultimate recovery
QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Previous experience in petroleum/reservoir engineering with Oil & Gas operating companies.
  • UKCS experience.
  • Experience of working in multi-disciplinary teams involved in field development, including operational aspects.

The competence assessor is a key contributor in the Competence and Training team providing full competence assessment and verification services and all related tasks for Repsol Sinopec Resources UK Ltd employees. The Competence Assessor assesses job holder skills and behaviours against a set of defined company specific standards. For third party contracting personnel the Competence Assessor provides assessment of site specific competencies only and validation of core competencies to measure the contracting company?s compliance in relation to the provision of competent personnel.

DESCRIPTION:
Reporting to the Manager, Subsurface, the Subsurface Manager, Shared Resources has responsibility for the management of the company?s exploration portfolio. The overall goal is to manage the exploration portfolio in accordance with the company strategy. In addition, they will manage the provision of geoscience support to the Non-Core and the Decommissioning & Transitional Assets and the provision of shared services (e.g. petrohysicists, etc.) to all of the Assets.
