To help us do this, we’re looking for  Customer Service Attendants to join our team at Caltex Tullamarine.This role will suit those who are happy and friendly, have a passion for customer service, take pride in their work, can multitask and work unsupervised and enjoys a fast pace. As we are a business that never sleeps, it means you’ll need the flexibility to take on different shifts.
We can currently offer 15 hours per week covering either afternoon shifts from 2pm - 11pm or overnight shifts from 11pm - 7am.

Qualification:
  • Serving customers efficiently and creating memorable experiences
  • Delivering the standard of service and retailing excellence that our customers have come to expect.
  • Maintaining store presentation and creating a clean welcoming environment
  • Cash handling
  • Authorising fuel pumps
  • Stock filling and rotation
  • General housekeeping – cleaning toilets, shelves, floors
  • Understanding and complying with Caltex’s policies and procedures

Fleet Supervisor - Perth

As the Fleet Supervisor you will manage the logistics team to provide an efficient, reliable, customer focused and incident free 24/6 distribution service. The team supports the sale of products to ensure a seamless and timely transaction for customers.

Qualification:
The successful applicant will be an experienced supervisor within an operational and logistics management role. In this role you will be part of a newly formed structure and will be responsible for managing a team of direct reports to create buy-in and acceptance of new processes, systems and initiatives.

Corporate Receptionist

Description:

A perfect opportunity for a Corporate Receptionist to gain long-term experience and progression at Caltex, based in the Sydney CBD. You will be a valued member of a supportive and successful team with a focus on delivering high quality and seamless service in every interaction. Duties will include:
• Managing a busy switchboard for all incoming calls across the Caltex head office and other offices across Australia
• Prioritisation and scheduling of busy meeting rooms
• Meeting and greeting visitors
• Preparing security access cards in liaison with building management
• Administrative tasks, including audit reporting and database management
• Working closely with the Caltex Facilities team to ensure all equipment and layout is organised for custom meeting room requests

As the Business and Loyalty Communications Specialist you will be responsible for developing, executing and measuring end to end integrated marketing plans and communications. You will be responsible for developing effective relationships both internally and externally, including briefing creative agencies. You will work across a variety of advertising and promotions for Businesses and Loyalty Marketing & Communications to drive acquisition, retention and growth across Caltex’s products and solutions.
deally you will have at least 4 years’ experience in marketing communications/campaign management along with a relevant tertiary qualifications.  It is essential you have a background in B2B marketing and able to manage marketing activity across a broad range of products.  This role will require the development of multi-channel campaigns across OOH, Digital, Radio and
Print as well as Point of Sale. Day-to-day responsibilities will also include the development and upkeep of sales tools, collateral, on boarding packs and service emails. Loyalty experience would also be highly regarded. You will have strong business acumen and be results focused, with campaign measurement & ROI a key focus. Description:
A vacancy now exists for a Depot 2IC in Picton. Reporting to the Depot Manager, your role will be an integral part of the daily administrative/operations of our Depot and associated fleet.
The key focus is to manage the day to day scheduling, to ensure an efficient and reliable distribution service to our customers and to provide efficient support & service for the sale.
A strong background in safety, operations and logistics management, with previous experience in scheduling preferred but not essential.

Receivables Team Leader

Description:
As the Receivables Team Leader you will be responsible for coordinating the daily operations of the Receivables team that manages some of Caltex’s largest customers; duties and responsibilities will include, but are not limited to the following:
  • Manage a team of Receivables Coordinators that are responsible for:
    • Billing Customers and resolving billing issues as they arise
    • Collecting payments from Customers
    • Notifying Credit Risk of potential bad debt Customers
  • Coordinate the distribution of work across the team to ensure consistent utilisation of team members.
  • Handle and resolve significant Customer issues that are escalated by the team.
  • Monitor key performance statistics for the team.
  • Review monthly results, report on results and exceptions, and initiate corrective actions to resolve outstanding issues.
  • Identify and implement process improvements that will automate current work processes and drive efficiencies within the Receivables team.
  • Foster a continuous improvement culture within the team that will deliver a consistent Customer experience.
  • Support the rollout and execution of Customer Service led initiatives and goals which contribute to a greater level of customer service.
requirements:
The successful candidate will have advanced knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite and exposure to SAP/Navision/Salesforce is preferred. Ideally you will hold a tertiary qualification in a business related discipline and have had experience in receivables and or credit control.
