Planning Engineer 
Roles :       
 Prepare contract
schedule. Prepare and develop projects’ plans/programmes according to the
allocated budget and time frame.
 ·         Follow
up projects’ progress and report any deviations in projects’ progress; to take
the necessary corrective actions. 
 ·         Update
and monitor projects’ status on weekly basis against KPIs manpower equipment
and material histograms and financial forecast in a quantitative and
qualitative manner. 
·         Ensure
to implement and follow the appropriate procedures and maintain a necessary
data base system on project performance and project history etc., as well as
maintaining all supportive documents / files of the project. 
·         Proper
coordination on all the activities related to planning, scheduling and
monitoring of progress and execution of projects.
Qualification &
Experience:
o   
       Bachelor's Degree in Civil
Engineering or related field.
o   
         Ideal candidate should have 8 yrs.
total experience; 3 yrs. of which must have been involved in scheduling and
planning of infra projects.
o   
         Professional knowledge in project
management, cost, time management planning tools, methods and trends. 
o   
         Time management skills and ability to
work under pressure.
o   
         Competent in communication (written
and oral) with good leadership capabilities. 
o   
         Proficient in MS Office, MS Project
Planner & Primavera P6. 
 Site Manager
Roles :       
o   
Responsible for the management of all AGL (airfield ground lighting)
systems - runway, taxiway, apron lighting & its associated support system.
Supervise the overall installation, testing & commissioning of the entire
AGL control system.
 Qualification and
Experience:
o    A Degree in Electrical
Engineering with minimum 10 years of experience in similar position.
o    Candidate should have
prior experience with construction and infrastructure works on Airport
Ground Lighting (AGL), runways, taxiways, site checking plans, drawings,
managing, liaising with consultants, subcontractors, clients and their
representatives.
o    Proven ability to perform
in a management capacity with good project/team management skills, leadership
capabilities, excellent communication & presentation skills and a technical
knowledge of industry practices and regulations.
