Position: Technical Sales Engineer
1)Preparing and maintaining a current and up to date data base of specification’s and drawings for standard products.
2) Coordinate with Estimation Incharge to prepare and maintain a price list for standard products and update the same on a monthly basis in consultation with GM.
3) Coordinate with Operations to maintain a stock list for standard products and expected delivery dates.
4) Receive Enquiries from Area Sales Managers and maintain a log of Enquiries.
5) Prepare and submit quotations including price, delivery, specifications and Sales drawing (where needed).
6) Maintain a log of quotations issued.
** The proposed position calls for candidates in the age group of 25 - 30 years i.e. young but experienced. ** The candidates need to be Mechanical Engineering graduates. ** Candidates to have Design Engineering background in the manufacture of Truck bodies / Trailers / Process equipment.

1) Receive all sales incoming calls, email and fax for MI and GM in his absence.
2) Forward enquiries to Area Sales Managers and Technical Sales.
3) Preparing daily, weekly, monthly Quotation Reports and quotation status tracking with ASM's.
4) Coordinating travel arrangements for Sales with HR.
5) Maintain and organize customer database and marketing communication with the database.
6) Supervise filing within the sales office.
7) Maintain GM's schedule.
8) Coordinate with Finance to generate Sales reports, product and market wise on weekly and monthly intervals.
