Team Leader Talent Management
Roles
• Lead a team of Talent Management and capability development and support personnel to assess, design, deliver and evaluate people to attain and exceed goals
• Ensures the quality of competencies assessment and how to close gaps and responsible of managing of “IDP enhancement project”.
• Participate with a training department to prepare a training master plan matching with IDP to ensure closing gaps.
• To ensure the assessment center is appropriately staffed at all times and that all commitments to provide assessment inside/outside the center are met.
• To control all financial activities related to the assessment center and capability development are carried out effectively and in line with procedures, including monthly invoicing (internal and external), weekly banking, purchasing logbooks, tests, stationery and verifying payment.
• Advice P&D manager and Talent Boards about the recommended candidates ready for succession planning or for higher responsibilities.
• Responsible for validation of promotions recommendation considering IDP, succession planning and talent retention strategy.
• Attend regular meetings as directed by management.
Qualifications :
 Education
• University degree and extensive experience in Talent Management.
• Combined education in business, the sciences and or organization behaviour is a definite advantage
Technical and Business
• 10 years relevant experience in applied development fields (line experience is a definite advantage)
• Experience with widely recognized normed assessment instruments such as Hogan, HBDI and 360 Assessments, required.
• CIPD is preferred.
• Planning skills.
• High level of proficiency in word processing, graphics and spreadsheet software (MS Office).
• Desire and capability to manage people required.

• Demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality
• Design initiatives that support the strategy, lead teams as well as facilitate problem solving & collaboration.

Team Leader corrosion and inspection  
Roles
Provide leadership and guidance to the team members in Inspection Services for individual development and capabilities improvement that contribute significantly to the achievement of business objectives and department/team goals.
Development and management of corrosion monitoring/Specialized Inspection plans including technical content, schedule and timely execution
Overseeing corrosion monitoring and specialized inspection programs and systems to ensure plant and equipment concerns are identified for timely actions to avoid unexpected failures or loss of containment.
Ensure team meets the requirement company standards, codes of practice, strategies and legislation needs.
Capable to identify opportunities and actions for continued improvement of corrosion and Specialized Inspection team performance.
Leads technical interactions with other departments, clients, customers and suppliers to address problems and show commitment to clients and customers.
Ensures compliance to all relevant safety, health and environmental procedures in the section and company in order to promote a healthy and safe work environment
Support and implementation of RBI, RCA and other critical Inspection programs
Responsible for the management, review , supervision and approval for Inspection support activities by specialist contractors
Ensuring quality & efficiency of Corrosion and Inspection reports and documentation
Monitoring of Individual performance and KPI’s for timely update and feedback to team members and management
Qualifications :
 University degree in Metallurgy/Mechanical Engineering or equivalent and extensive experience in Refinery/petrochemical inspections.
Professional certification in corrosion and specialized inspections is an advantage.

Technical and Business:

15 years’ experience in refinery/petrochemical plant corrosion monitoring and control/plant inspection.
Minimum 4 years’ experience in Leadership roles
Knowledge in corrosion failure mechanisms in Refining and Petrochemical Industries.
Knowledge in corrosion monitoring techniques
Knowledge in corrosion inhibitors and corrosion control measures
Knowledge & experience in NDT & specialized equipment inspection techniques.
Knowledge in coating and cathodic protection
Knowledge of RBI, RCA and defect elimination.
Knowledge in Refining/petrochemical process, Materials & corrosion is advantage.
Knowledge of Equipment/piping design and manufacturing standards is required.

Leadership & Interpersonal:

Demonstrated ability to direct and develop trainees.
Demonstrated ability to cooperate with and influence peers.
Demonstrated ability to listen and collaborate with others.
Ability to describe personal strengths and development needs.
English (fluent) required, Arabic is advantageous


STATIC EQUIPMENT ENGINEER
Roles
Conduct engineering studies and assessments • Respond to technical support requests • Maintenance of all static equipments • Support commissioning of Major Projects • Develop and / or review piping repair procedures • Participate in major equipment trips and failure investigations – RCA • Participate in JSA. • Lead and recommend piloting of new technologies, improvement solutions or modifications to enhance the safety, reliability and efficiency of existing facility. • Provide assistance and training for the development of young engineers.

NOTE : Special consideration will be given to those candidates who have work experience in Delayed Coker Unit & Hydro Cracker Unit.
Qualifications :
 Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent
Extensive Experience in Refinery Maintenance with a minimum 10 years’ experience in overhauling of Static Equipment machineries

Rotating Equipment Team Leader
Roles
. To supervise & support the rotating maintenance team in the day to day activities and to provide technical support to the maintenance of rotating machinery equipment within the refinery such as gas turbines, steam turbine, compressors, pumps, fin fans etc.
Provide technical assistance and trouble-shooting support for all rotating equipment, and ensure that all maintenance activities and procedures are aligned with reliability requirements.
Provide functional supervision to the rotating equipment technicians and support them in performing their assigned duties.
Carry out Troubleshooting / Inspection to establish root causes of failure (RCFA) and prepare Corrective Maintenance plans and detailed schedules, including materials and manpower resources.
Qualifications :
 Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent
Extensive Experience in Refinery Maintenance with a minimum 12 years’ experience in overhauling of Rotating Machinery Equipment’s such as Compressor, Gas Turbine and pumps.
Minimum 4 years’ experience in leading or managing a team
Good communication and interpersonal skills
