Stakeholder
Relations Manager
Our stakeholder relations team represents IDP in a
variety of forums with our key stakeholders, particularly Federal Government,
peak body associations and universities.
IDP has an exceptional opportunity for an
experienced, agile and skilled professional to join our team as a senior
Stakeholder Relations Manager.
You will be skilled at building trusted and
productive relationships with our key stakeholders, have a high degree of
commercial acumen, strategic nous and a willingness to roll up your sleeves.
Your outstanding communication skills are fundamental to your success and you
are a team player who is naturally collaborative with a warm, engaging style.
This is a challenging and rewarding role that will
report to the External Affairs Manager. You will be accountable for delivering
stakeholder relationship strategies that positively engage private, government
and tertiary stakeholders in existing and new business partnerships.

Group Financial
Controller
IDP Education is
an Australian company with a global presence in over 44 countries. With an impending
ASX listing and a significant growth strategy, this role has the potential to broaden
and elevate the successful candidate’s profile within the financial community. The
complexity of our business will suit a driven and ASX experienced, highly
technical and forward-looking finance leader.
This role is
responsible for all group financial reports and consolidations together with all
statutory and financial reporting requirements, including supporting the CFO to
prepare relevant materials for the board and external bodies.
Key
responsibilities include:

Meeting all
reporting and disclosure requirements within strict timeframes including all
monthly, half-yearly and annual management and statutory accounts obligations
- Maintaining group wide
policies and procedures and ensuring a solid compliance and operational
risk framework
- Providing financial
guidance, commentary, commercial evaluations and analysis to key
executives and operational stakeholders
- Providing leadership,
coaching and support to all direct reports to ensure our terrific people
are engaged and performance driven
You will be CA/CPA qualified and a natural leader
with the ability to communicate and influence outcomes at all levels in a
business. You will have excellent technical skills and solid experience in a Group Financial
Controller or Group Finance Manager role within a complex multinational business with previous
experience in an ASX listed company. Experience
working within a financial shared services model will be well regarded.
