Assistant Procurement Manager -

Job Description:

• Engage supplier and negotiate for the best deal for the company
• Perform supply chain cost analysis and implement cost efficient and effective purchasing strategies
• Establish contracts with key suppliers, establish pricing for tenders and support production activities
• Work with the materials and planning team, and co-ordinate engineering changes with other department to ensure on-time and efficient deliveries of product with the right quality at the right time.  Including support for warranty claims of defective components and ensuring its quick repair turn- around-time to satisfy customer demands
• Work closely with Designers and Quality team to identify new components/ prototypes and develop new and existing suppliers
• Interpret within established procedures (including regulatory requirements) and practices and to exercise independent sound judgment in complex situations
• Management of PR/PO as well as purchase forecast to suppliers inclusive of rescheduling to meet changes in demand
• Exercise good vendor management and monitor performance of suppliers to meet objectives in the area of quality, flexibility, inventory control and actively engage suppliers with regard to quality and production complaints (supplier evaluation and supplier development)

Job Requirements:

• Degree in any discipline with at least 3 years relevant experience or Engineering diploma with more than 5 years of experience in sourcing & negotiating
• Possess ERP(SAP) knowledge with a keen interest in automobiles will be an added advantage

Maintenance Engineer -

Job Description:

• Oversee a preventative maintenance system for all vehicles’ inspection/evaluation equipment and related machines, components and supporting utilities services
• Lead and manage a team of maintenance staff to achieve maximum uptime of all equipment with efficient preventive maintenance programs and accurate tracking of equipment and critical spare parts’ effective life span
• Responsible for a safe and effective equipment preventive maintenance program.
• Ensure prompt and efficient troubleshooting and recovery of equipment.
• Manage maintenance stores and procurement of stocks/equipment/spares.
• Present and enforce useful corrective and preventive actions whenever there is equipment breakdown and downtime recorded for the inspection lane.

• Ensure OEM, suppliers and contractors produce valid and genuine quotations
• Assist in coordinating and managing special projects such as alterations to premises, undertaking new construction and installation of new equipment
• Prepare and execute training programs to refresh and upgrade the technical knowledge relating to all equipment for the maintenance team
• Provide budget for equipment spares and maintenance cost by contractors

Geospatial Analyst

Job DESCRIPTION:

The Geospatial Analyst will be responsible for providing technical support to customers’ projects involving satellite and geospatial data. The candidate is expected to possess excellent research, analytical, communication and writing skills. All research and analysis will be translated into finished products which may span across different industries and domains. Some key analysis required would include interpretation and fusion of multi-sourced data to provide key insights to customers business needs. Analysis of temporal satellite images to provide a pattern of life analysis for customer insights.

• Assist to gather requirements, determine scope and estimate hours required to develop geospatial products and solutions based on customers’ needs.
• Assist in producing geospatial reports and analysis from satellite imagery and other open-source data using COTS software.
• Identify and implement improvements to geospatial workflow and processing methodologies to improve efficiency and effectiveness of operations.
• Maintain production standards and other tasks to satisfy and fulfil contractual commitments.
• Write methods, workflow documents and standard operating processes.
• Overseas travel is expected.

Job Requirements :

Diploma in Information Technology, Geospatial Information Technology or related field.

Experience in satellite imagery interpretation and analysis will be an added advantage.

Knowledge in using imagery exploitation and GIS software is highly preferred.
