Senior Executive Manager
Customer Experience Senior Executive Manager will be responsible for helping develop BankDhofar into the ‘Best Bank in the Gulf’ in terms of Customer Experience.
The role of the Head of Customer Experience is to ensure that BankDhofar retains   a unique culture; centered around people engagement and customer centricity.
Has to ensure that best practices are developed for Customer Experience across all business lines (Corporate/ Retail/ Islamic banking).
This position will be responsible for defining and leading visionary Customer Experience across BankDhofar, while focusing on USPs and how BankDhofar can distinguish itself from the rest of the market.

Senior Executive Manager Change Management
The Change Management Specialist will play a key role in helping projects (change initiatives) meet business, schedule and budget objectives.
This person will focus on the people side of change – including changes to business processes, systems and technology, job roles and organization structures.
The primary focus will be creating and implementing change management plans that minimize employee resistance maximize employee engagement and ensure seamless customer experience.
The Change Management Specialist will work to drive faster adoption, greater ultimate utilization and higher proficiency on the changes impacting the organization’s customers and employees, such that business results are achieved.

Executive Manager Business Re-Engineering
·        Executive Manager Business Process Re-Engineering will Design and integrate business process solutions across all applicable departments in support of continuous improvement that will result in streamlined processes, increased efficiency, and improved quality.

·        Ensure that processes and procedures are well documented, support the program business rules, function efficiently, and align with corporate standards and strategy
