Sales Manager
Job Details
Reporting to the Sales Manager, the role is committed to the effective sales of the Executive Jets products by providing World Class Service to Customers through your exceptional commitment and self-managed, pro-active sales focus. Targeting the assigned new regions to develop and market into, this role is mainly about maximising opportunities, outlining potential customers & competitors and surpassing the allocated targets while protecting existing business and developing new opportunities.
Tailoring the Qatar Executive product exclusively to each customers needs, you will develop and deliver extreme customer satisfaction, revenue generation and long term sales goals in line with the sales and marketing department’s strategy within the new markets. You will be responsible for executing all sales and marketing activities assigned to you, publishing using traditional papers and magazines, Internet as well as television and radio to reach both financial and quality targets whilst gaining trust in the region as well as globally, by having a constant interaction with main customers.
Key elements of the role includes making every effort to acquire sales leads and increasing awareness of Qatar Executive Products whilst resolving requests, needs and complaints to ensure that the customer enquiries are resolved at first point of contact. You will provide all monthly reports to management covering the competitive environment, overall sales and marketing activities and all records of execution of the role involved in the development of the new region. This will also include the profitability plan to recognize the changing needs of the service and make recommendations to the management for improvements to ensure continued growth in the region.

Qualification
To be successful in this role, you will need a Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent with a minimum of 7 years of job-related experience in a business aviation background. Knowledge of Market leaders/ business strategies, familiarization with “airline products” and luxury goods sales are essential requirements of the job. You must possess strong negotiation and interpersonal skills, and should have the ability to carry on a business conversation with business owners and decision makers. Proficiency in computer applications is necessary and the ability to converse in multi-lingual skills, perhaps Arabic, would be an added advantage.
In this position you will provide leadership on a strategic level and be capable of solving problems that have multiple variables with limited standardisation. You must have the ability to structure and implement business and marketing plans, effectively present information and respond to questions from manager’s clients, customers and the general public. Additionally you should be a confident and enthusiastic communicator with strong administrative, organizational and managerial skills.

GULF Stream First Officer

Qatar Executive is a fixed-based charter jet operation headquartered at Hamad International Airport. It operates worldwide luxury jet services onboard its exclusive business jet fleet. Qatar Executive was established in 2009 as a subsidiary of Qatar Airways.
The current fleet comprises of aircrafts including: 3 Bombardier Challenger 605s, 4 Bombardier Global 5000s and 1 Bombardier Global XRS and expecting up to 20 Gulfstream G500 and G600 aircrafts..
Qatar Executive is currently in need of type rated and current Captains and First Officers on the Gulfstream 650 or with a current Gulfstream 450/550 Rating.
You will be based in our Doha hub where you and your family can experience an enviable expatriate lifestyle where the sun always shines and the beaches beckon!  Only a 6 hour flight from Europe, the sub-continent and North Africa, Doha is a great centrally located hub to explore and experience many new places and cultures.

Qualification

Manager Crew Rostering
Job Details
The Manager Crew Rostering will oversee all the tasks handled by the crew rostering team and will analyse and report on all the key KPI's which will include costs, productivity, fatigue risk, operational robustness and crew satisfaction. 
The role will ensure QCAA compliance to regulations by daily due diligence checks to ensure proper adhoc operational cover, improve roster quality using daily operations feedback  and plan and organise a variety of training for flight deck and cabin crew.
Other functions will include reporting and audits designed to improve objectives, priorities and business priorities to support business goals as well as evaluating the department and team to ensure a high level of service delivery.
Qualification
To be the person selected for this role,  you must have a minimum of 7 years experience in crew rostering and the requisite understanding or crew resource planning, processes, theories and methodologies. You will be an experienced manager with a tertiary qualification or at least, a strong equivalent. Experience in interpreting and understanding regulatory requirements is a must as are leadership skills combining delegation, setting clear directives and workflow, menting, coaching and building a strong teamwork mentality
