CHANNEL MANAGER
Purpose of the job: -
To closely
develop/monitor/expand tier 2 channel sales printer business in SGE territory
(OR/IR).
- Identify Tier-2
channel partners based on Channel and Account Mapping and Weightage of each
channel, contribution to Samsung business and potential of the channel.
Key
Objectives:
- Establish printers
Tier 2 contacts and business relationships with the right representatives of
the Tier 2 partner (Account Decision Makers).
- Identify and
understand the potential printer opportunities available at each Account in the
Channel(s) to enhance Samsung’s business and brand image and market share.
- Set printer
channels marketing activity budgets per each account in the assigned Channel(s)
based on marketing activity calendars.
- Liaise with Samsung’s
distributors and the Tier 2 partners to generate the marketing activity
calendar.
- Plan and implement
the channel and account activity, based on product/area strategy, product
planning and market analysis, to meet SGE growth objectives. - Plan and spend
the marketing budget effectively and efficiently to maximize ROI per account
with clear accountability and evaluation tools. Position
Responsibilities:
- Increase Printer
Sales in Tier 2 channels ( IT market) - Liaise with Partner Managers/Product
Managers to proceed with product launching, implement product strategy, and
provide a proper feedback to Samsung Head Office
- Maintain, track and
report all market related information about Samsung and Competitors in terms of
new products, prices, activities, strategies
- Undertake regular
Tier 2 trainings, market assessments and monitor/report on competitor activity
- Map the
merchandiser grid for the market of responsibility and continuously work on
optimizing the sales potential of the accounts with merchandisers.
- Visit accounts in
the assigned Channel and Business Partners on a regular basis to provide
visible support and assistance where required
- Derive
Channel/Account wise sales information and drive the marketing activities
towards enhancing the Channel /Account wise Sales
- Maintain, track and
report the sales evaluation
Qualification
• Experience,
Education and Licensure
- At least 8-10 years
of experience in sales of IT products and peripherals
- Techno commercial
background
- Ability to perform
and work under different conditions and a team player - Good networking with
the channel resellers & printing solution providers - Extensive sales
thinking and pro-active / consultative sales approach - Strong accounts
management skills
- Self-starter being
able to work under minimum supervision
ASSISTANT
SALES MANAGER
Purpose of the job: -
- Individual with
System A/C exposure and has market experience
- Possess strong relationships with government
sector
- Create strategic
relationship with government, private sector and consultant accounts
- Analyze customer
requirements and promote company products, achieving and increasing all
targeted revenue and profit goals
- Able to achieve
targets as set by Management
- Selection of the most appropriate channels
- Maintain relationship with existing and
potential Partners, Distributors, Contractors, Consultants, Private and
Government customers
- Building channel
management
- Defining major
consulting & design companies as Samsung’s customer and continuous
communication and presentation to specify Samsung products
- Building and
maintaining networks through differentiated activities - Maintaining Consultant
and Contractors relationship by regular visits/communication
- Achieve country
wide sales targets (both sell in and sell through)
- Develop &
maintain strategic relations with key contractors using existing shared
resources
- Managing project
information to increase winning ratio
- Identify &
develop Business Opportunities (BO’s) from early to closing stages
- Building
distributor’s SAC organization
- Suggesting required
manpower building the organization
- Training new
distributor’s staff for the independent approach to market
QUALIFICATION
- Mechanical
Engineering graduate with at least 5~6 years of experience
- Ability to perform and work under different
conditions and a team player
- Good networking
with the local industry
- Extensive sales
thinking and pro-active
- Strong accounts
management skills
- Demonstrated
ability to manage multiple projects
Other Skills:
- Ability to read,
analyzes, and interprets sales/financial reports, data and studies
- Ability to respond
to common inquiries or complaints from customers, distributors, or members of
the business community
- Ability to
effectively present information to top management, public groups and/or clients
- Arabic Language
will be an advantage
SALES Engineer
Purpose of the job: -
1. Provide product
training to the distributors.
2. Selection software
(DVM Pro) training to the sales engineers of distributors and the consultants.
3. Technical support
for Pre-sales team in clarifying the technical specification of our product and
controllers.
4. Support the
preparation of the shop drawings.
5. Study the
technical requirements of the project and find the best practice to satisfy
clients requirements.
6. Provide
installation training to the contractor (Installer) of SAC units and insure the
best quality of work.
7. Inspect the
installation works and confirm its compliance with Samsung’s guidelines and
quality standards.
8. Plan and supervise
the pre-commissioning and commissioning activities with the
installer/distributer.
9. Interfacing the
high level controllers with the SAC units and other BMS integrators.
10. Communicate and
report the quality issues in HQ.
11. Follow up and
coordinate the after sales service with the service department and insure the
satisfaction of clients.
12. Attend to
technical sales meetings with the consultants.
13. Make product
presentation to the client and consultants.
