The Facilities group at Alghanim Industries have a broad remit. The team is made up of over 600 people, staff range from security guards and receptionists, planning and project management, architects, designers and real estate specialists. The team comes together to deliver state of the art, exciting new site development and management.

The HR Analyst for the Facilities Team is a stand-alone HR role, the job holder will be closely supported by the Central HR team but will be solely focused on the HR requirements of the Facilities Team covering all aspects of work in an HR Generalist capacity.

REQUIREMENTS:

Individuals working in this team need to be able to work independently and be highly results-driven, resourceful, flexible and self-motivated. In addition we are looking for:

A minimum of 5 years generalist HR experience gained within a professional HR team
Strong understanding of HR processes and best practice HR activity
Excellent communication skills both verbally and in writing in English, additional Arabic language skills preferred.
An acute focus on detail with very high standards with regards to delivering service
Calm under pressure, a flexible and creative problem solver
Educated to university degree level, preferably from a business related program

Call Center Agent

Job Description:

• Provide service to customers and answer their questions and inquiries via phones. Agent should determine problems in queries.
• Check lines, classify the issues of the customers, give regular feedback on the effectiveness of strategies of the interaction center department
• Simplify the complex information to control the opportunities of business, by making people interested in the services and products offered by the company.
• Update the database with the possible changes and the customers' status.
• Cope with stressed, angry and confused customers or callers. Agent must know how to deal with tasks like call backs, disconnects, call transfers, messages and holds.
• Know how to communicate on the telephone with people according to the type of behavior that they have.
• Know how to use the corresponding etiquette on the telephone in order to satisfy and please customers.

Compliance Specialist


Job Description:

Working under the direction and guidance of a Compliance Manager, the Compliance Specialist is expected to deliver investigation assignments in accordance with departmental procedures. Specifically; under adequate supervision, defining the work plan, summarizing the findings, interviewing suspects to determine duplicity, and recommending appropriate management actions to be taken.
The preparation of working papers in accordance with departmental procedures and best practice.
Liaison with line management, legal counsel and authorities on a regular or need to know basis, keeping them abreast of progress for cases under management.
Preparing the draft Investigation Report for the Manager / Senior Manager’s / Director’s review and finalization.
Detailing all findings, factual content, context and agreed actions to be taken with relevant operations management.
Participating in the regular companywide fraud risk assessment process.
Influencing the strengthening of business processes and controls through the sharing of best practices.
Assisting in the detection and prevention of fraud, sharing avoidance strategies and helping to create a centre of fraud prevention excellence.
Raising fraud awareness and encouraging others to report incidents of fraud or concerns in accordance with the Group’s Policy for the Prevention, Recording and Reporting of Fraud.

REQUIREMENT:

- Qualified Accountant - CPA, CA, and ACCA preferred, but not required. Undergraduate in Psychology, sociology or Criminology will be an added advantage, but not required
- Knowledge of Arabic is highly preferable and those candidates who are bilingual in English and Arabic may receive a waiver for the education and experience requirements

Job Description

QC Coating Inspector

Job Description

A. Decision making at various inspection stages for acceptance or rejection of materials.
B. Monitoring and control of subcontractors coating jobs, if any Supports QC Supervisor in
supervision of all coating activities and coating inspectors.
C. Receipt Inspection, In-process and Final Inspection of all Blasting & Painting:
Daily reporting to QC Supervisor on all inspection activities.
Ensures paint products receipt inspection carried out as per Purchase Order requirement.
Ensures all the steel before coating is properly cleaned to the specification requirements.
Ensuring weather monitoring record available before cleaning and coating.
Visual inspection for general appearance of painting.
Verifying painted members are free from all painting defects and are painted / inspected
according job requirements.
Making sure that the handling damages are touched up after handling and storage has been
completed prior to shipping.
Preparation of inspection documents on special jobs as required.
D. Monitoring and Supervision:
Ensures correct coating system, DFT and application procedure is followed and inspected per ITP.
Verification against the job paint specification for any observed deviation in the members
painted.
Ensure products meet the acceptable quality levels and adhere to specific SSPC, NACE,
BGAS code & all applicable standards
Ensuring Quality products are shipped out.
E. Coordination / Liaising:
Liaise with the Shop Foreman and/or workers of the respective production areas for all quality matters.
Ensures closing of NCRs after proper rectification and verification before final dispatch.
Guidance to Operations staff for proper rectification of rejected material.
Recommendation of corrective and preventive actions
Coordination with Paint Suppliers for sample testing of various paints and issuing test reports.
Attend client / third party inspector for the material inspection.

REQUIREMENT:

Engineering/ Diploma in any discipline + Min 5 years experience (GCC exp.Preferred)
NACE Level II or B GAS Level II Certified Inspector
