• Providing Leadership, Management Skills and guidance for the construction management team, engineers, staff and entire workforce
• Liaise with the Project Manager and nominated subcontractor for effective coordination and execution of the site activities
• Monitoring daily job allocation and planning schedule together with Construction Managers, Project Coordinators, Engineers, Superintendent’s, Sr. Foreman’s, preparation and implementation of site organization chart for effective coordination and execution of the site activities, within the time and cost constraints

* Maintain, service and update tender planning

Manager
Plan,
allocate and control the resources for all the projects effectively and
efficiently so that the projects are able to achieve maximum benefits.
• Execute
and control all the projects activities closely & efficiently in order to
achieved project targets within the budgeted cost & time.

and monitor projects commercial / contractual issues and follow-up variations
and other construction claims continuously to ensure that the company’s
entitlements are secured.

and evaluate projects documents including technical specifications, contract
agreements, cost budgets, construction programs etc… in order to identify the

Cost Control Director
• The
candidate should have and Engineering and Commercial background with minimum 20
years experience in the Construction Sector, with Major Local or International
Companies, of which min. 5 years should be in GCC.
• The candidate should have experience at a Junior
to Senior level of costing and cost control procedures and systems and be fully
conversant with the integration of resources and activity costing with ERP
systems together with the generation of budgets via CCS (Candy) or similar.
• The candidate is expected to be minimum degree
qualified as a Civil Engineer or a Quantity Surveyor with and age of between 40
– 50 years.
• Any Nationality is accepted whilst Arabic-speaking
is preferred.
• Preference is given to Candidates who demonstrate
extended periods spent with the previous employers.

Manager
The candidate is
expected to have minimum 15 years experience in the
Construction sector, covering roads, utilities and
tunneling works, of which min.
5 years should be in GCC.
• Tunneling works should ideally include Segmented
Tunneling and Deep Shaft
Construction.
• The candidate will be minimum degree qualified and
aged between 40-50 years old, Arabic speaking preferred.
• The candidate should have been engaged previously
with Grade A classified companies, with minimum 10 years GCC experience and be
able to manage a Project of circa 500 million to ensure timely completion in
budget whilst adhering to all Company and Statutory requirements for HSE and
Quality Standards.
• The candidate must have a strong contractual
knowledge and experience of working within a major JV agreement
on
a design-build tunnel project.
• Preference is given to candidate that
demonstr49ate extended periods spent with previous employers.
Project
Director
This candidate should have a minimum 18 years’
experience in building works with Major Construction Companies, including
towers, hotels, resorts, stadium, malls, mixed use, schools and hospitals.
Minimum 5 years’ experience should be in GCC.
• He should be minimum degree holder and have a
strong contractual and commercial awareness.
• His experience would ideally include bid
preparations with regard to the technical and cost aspects and have the ability
to enhance Bid competitiveness.
• The candidate would ideally have experience of
undertaking Design-build
Projects with joint venture contract experience.
• The candidate would be expected to lead an
estimation team to secure a Project and thereafter manage that Project through
to completion.
• Preference is given to candidates that demonstrate
extended periods spent with previous employers.
