Responsibilities
Candidate will be working as part of a team
supporting introducing new technology to design team. The team works in close
collaboration with our internal team design teams spanning from architecture to
physical design. The responsibilities of candidate are to accurately predict
the impact of process changes on design and architecture and to optimize the
PPAC of our product. To achieve this target, candidate needs to do a lot of
experiment spanning spice level simulation, standard cell design, place
&routing and so on.

M4S is daughter company of Huawei, a leading telecom
solutions provider. Through continuous customer-centric innovation, Huawei has
established end-to-end advantages in Telecom Network Infrastructure,
Application & Software, Professional Services and Devices. With
comprehensive strengths in wireline, wireless and IP technologies, Huawei has
gained a leading position in the All-IP convergence age. Its products and
solutions have been deployed in over 100 countries and have served 45 of the
world's top 50 telecom operators, as well as one third of the world's
population.
M4S develops next generation RF transceivers and
peripheral circuits, supporting 2G, 3G and 4G (LTE) protocols. Today, we're
seeking team players who get things done and share a passion for bringing new
wireless technologies to the rapidly growing mobile market. Now is your chance
to join the M4S engineering team and develop new, world-leading products.
Job Description
The candidate will design (IC design), simulate,
layout and test integrated RF circuits in the 100 MHz to 15 GHz range in
advanced CMOS (or similar) technologies. Subsystem design areas (Tx) may
encompass a CMOS integrated PPA, PA, RFDAC, envelope modulator, LO distribution
and (Rx) LNAs, RF filters (bandpass), switches and duplexers for use in low
power, highly integrated wireless RF transceivers or peripheral circuits.
Ability to analytically reason on different circuit
topologies and optimizing the selected topology’s parameters to meet stringent
criteria for these circuits is a must. He/she will also perform experimental
verification and debugging, along with the integration of complex RF &
Mixed Signal functions into system chips. Building accurate models based on
layout extraction and 2D/3D modeling tools to match measurements with
simulations is essential.
