 Provide subject matter expert advice for lubricants technology across NSW • Develop and manage relationships both within and external to the organisation • Design and delivery of targeted training packages for customers and distributors • Hands on support for field based sales managers in support of superior customer service • Represent the business with external technical bodies • Conduct field trials and provide detailed analysis of results
Qualifications

Degree qualified in either Mechanical Engineering or Chemistry or have a Trade qualification.

Demand Planning Manager
Roles
 • Implement and manage the demand planning and control processes for the Lubricants business within Australia in line with Lubricants Business Management (LBM) principles. • The key output for this role is a 24 month rolling demand plan, updated and signed off each month with assumptions clearly documented and understood. This should include all brand and sales plans as inputs. • Facilitate the monthly Australian Demand Review meeting including preparation required. • Work with the Regional Demand Manager to ensure that the demand planning process is continuously improved. • Use forecast accuracy and a measure of bias to identify actions that will improve the demand planning and control process and supporting assumptions. • Facilitate all actions that relate to the demand plan including decisions on issue resolution and gap closure. • Give support to the Integrated Reconciliation (IR) process through effective decision support and recommendations that resolve demand vs supply imbalances. • Manage a process that allows the understanding and documentation of opportunities & vulnerabilities to the demand plan. • Check and understand the statistical forecasts vs the demand plan and updates the demand plan if appropriate.
Qualifications
Essential • Significant relevant business experience. • Well developed skills in communication, influencing and leading others. • Recognises and acts upon opportunities to improve business outcomes. • Able to meet tight deadlines and face difficult situations with confidence and a “can do attitude”. • Demonstrated ability to work with diverse groups (including Marketing, Supply Chain, Finance and Sales) to achieve outcomes, solve problems and improve processes. • Demonstrated ability to work and make judgements independently. • Able to run meetings and lead discussions that include senior management. • Strong understanding of demand planning, and Integrated Business Management/ Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) principles. • Experience with the end-to-end administration of forecasting databases and demand planning processes. • Solid understanding of supply chain principles.


Supply Planning Team Leader

Responsibilities: • Responsible for performance, identifying underlining trends and ensuring that Inventory and Supply KPIs are being met. • Network optimisation sourcing products from most efficient locations as well as contributing to the Regional network capacity plan. • Accountable for the stock position of raw materials, and finished good across Australia. • Responsible for analysing performance in key inventory metrics: out of stocks and service implications. • Responsible for evaluating and managing risk associated with service at our operations. • Building capability within the team to ensure the team is cross skilled across portfolios. • Identifying staff potential, and helping them develop their careers with Castrol. • Regular Reporting into Senior Management and into Regional Planning team. • Leading product change management processes.

Sales Specialist
Roles
1. Develop and agree (both internally and externally) the annual territory plan for each Account in the territory ensuring these plans are aligned with the overall business strategy and any agreements with relevant strategic partners (OEM etc.). 2. Deliver financial performance targets for the Accounts within territory including Volume, GM and Overdue. 3. Execute prospecting strategy for the territory, including data gathering, competitor and market knowledge, stakeholder and relationship management and tender/offer processes. Ensure long term growth by always seeking sufficient prospect customers and providing regular updates to the prospecting database and LBM process. 4. Manage customer business reviews to communicate and prove value delivery and reinforce relationships. 5. Implement the annual customer account plans in particular regarding: a. Identifying critical customer needs, and match our Value Proposition to those needs. b. Execution of agreed activities to maximize Customer and Company objectives and value c. Stakeholder and Relationship management at all levels and through all functions of the Customer and the Company d. HSSE and Ethical compliance e. Proactively manage and challenge all revenues and costs associated within the activity at the Account to maximise impact on Account profitability 6. Develop and implement a systematic approach through the embedding of relevant OMS elements and ensuring appropriate risk reviews are undertaken appropriately. 7. Improve and deliver customer experience in territory. Ensure delivery of our promises by seeking continuous improvement and efficiency in all operations making sure the voice of the customer is represented in every decision we make. Drive standardisation of our sales offers in line with our basic customer offer. 8. Ensure that all activities conducted through 3rd parties or intermediaries in territory comply fully with our own CoC and local competition legalisation. Ensure compliance with country regulations, BP Group, Segment and regional policies and standards (e.g. Picasso).
Qualifications
           B2B sales management experience • Experience of dealing with multiple stakeholders both within and outside the organization • Track record of delivery of sales targets and performance • Ability to develop and implement strategic and tactical business plans • Ability to be hands on and drive the business with direct responsibility • Flexibility of thought and action to be able to respond to changing market environments and dynamic business situations .
