Job Role
You will be responsible for maximizing revenue generation while establishing, maintaining and expanding our distribution network to achieve commercial targets and goals set for your area. You will be responsible for increasing business opportunities through various existing and new channels while developing and maintaining relationships with government ministries, tourism departments and other government or semi-government agencies in strict compliance with all Air Arabia policies and regulations. The job holder will also be responsible for planning obtaining approvals and implementing marketing initiatives (both ATL and BTL) as required.
As Manager Qatar, you will also be solely responsible for inspiring and motivating General Sales Agency team and others engaged in sales activities in Qatar to achieve outstanding sales performance.  This includes regular analysis of sales performance and providing feedback to the concerned Regional Manager. Identify areas of concern while taking appropriate corrective measures to address concerns as well as handling contracts with Tour Operators and reviewing the same periodically.
In this position, you will be expected to lead your team by example displaying exemplary levels of initiative and commitment to achieve. You will be expected to work with a proactive approach and take appropriate decisions based on proper analysis of situations bearing in mind the company’s interests and cost.

Qualification
·         Educated to a minimum of Bachelor’s degree level
·         A minimum of 5 years of Airline Sales experience with at least 3 years in a managerial position within an airline environment
·         Previous sales experience in Qatar would be an advantage

·         Excellent written and spoken communication skills in English are a must.

KEY ACCOUNT MANAGER
Job Role
As a Key Account Manager, you will be responsible for achieving / exceeding the set revenue targets through the effective management and development of sales among travel agents and corporate and online portals in the territory. This includes identifying key contacts and decision makers in travel agencies; conducting meetings to educate and influence them to promote Air Arabia products / services. The Key Account Manager is responsible for increasing distribution by identifying / enrolling new sales agents and looking at alternative distribution channels while monitoring / discussing their performance with them so as to ensure increase in sales.
The Key Account Manager Initiates marketing activities to maintain Air Arabia awareness in the market, maintains / increases customer database and ensures that key data elements are accurately recorded and kept up to date. He/she must be up-to-date with industry/competitor information including information concerning passenger trends and activities; keeps up a timely flow of key information to Manager Pakistan / Regional Manager.
The Key Account Manager will be required to assist in recommending solutions on improving route with low load factor as well as handling government affairs / co-ordinating airport slots and securing necessary approvals.


Qualification
·         Educated to a minimum of Diploma level, Degree level preferred.
·         2 – 3 years of Airline Sales experience with Good Knowledge of the market.
·         Excellent communication skills in written and spoken English and Urdu.
·         PC Literate and well versed in MS Office Suite / Google office applications.

NETWORK PLANNING EXECUTIVE
Job Role
The Network Planning Executive is responsible for the optimization of the short term schedule taking into account commercial requirements, operational restrictions, crewing legislation and engineering requirements. He/she will plan extra flights based on demand and ensure that schedules are loaded for sale in the reservation systems in a timely manner. The job holder will be responsible for managing and securing airport slots as required at all Air Arabia destinations for all Air Arabia hubs. He/she will also be responsible for evaluating charter opportunities to determine their feasibility and profitability and for obtaining timely approvals from the respective Civil Aviation Authorities for all scheduled and non-scheduled flights.
The Network Planning Executive is responsible for maintaining up to date copies of all relevant documents that are required to obtain traffic rights for all new destinations that Air Arabia operates to. He/she will co-ordinate and assist dispatch to manage flight schedule disruptions caused due to AOG or other unforeseen circumstances, liaise with engineering and ensure smooth engineering checks without much disruption.

In this role, the selected individual must be self-motivated, able to analyse situations and take decisions as required. They must be able to take initiative while always being cost-conscious.


Qualification
·         Educated to a minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Business Studies or similar.
·         At least Two years’ experience with an airline in Network planning environment.
·         Solid analytical, numerical and problem solving skills.
·         PC Literate and well versed in MS Office Suite / Google office applications, Advanced Excel Skills.
·         Effective written and verbal communication skills in English, Arabic would be an advantage

CALL CENTRE DUTY SUPERVISOR
Job Role
·         Manage a team of Call Center Agents.
·         Floor Supervision. Be visible and available to answer questions and provide guidance. Responsible for the floor Activities and live monitoring. 
·         Take calls that agents can't handle and be available when an agent appears to need assistance.
·         Motivate and encourage agents through positive communication and feedback
·         Handling passenger complaints.
·         Spend few hours per month Handling Call Centre Agent Job in order to be hands-on at all times.
·         Assist the management in preparing a robust roster to meet anticipated business requirements to the agreed standards.
·         Organizes shifts daily roster, approves changes for individual agents
·         Ensure the Call Centre technical facilities are in good working condition, including all telephone lines, computer equipment and the reservation system, request for technical support for immediate action when work stations are not fully operational
·         Work with management on refining and scheduling appropriate training sessions.
·         Manage Employee performance on a weekly basis (minimum) and review the following:
- Review the past week's performance and Result
- Share updates /new information
- Guide the team and motivate them to improve sales, quality and overall performance
- Answer questions and comments.
·         Perform at least one monitoring evaluation with each agent every two weeks
·         Keep track of attendance, Adherence, rejected calls, Quality, Revenue and Ancillary 
·         Submit weekly performance summary Report of the team to the Call Centre Supervisor.
·         Submit to the Call Centre Supervisor the next week's monitoring assignments and a plan for the team.
·         Create an action plan describing the tasks of each agent.
·         Create a detailed plan of the way in which you plan to impact your team's day-by-day performance
·         Divide the team into three groups based on their performance (top, middle and bottom)
·         Interlock with other Team Leaders to ensure a consistent approach towards CC Agents and CC Procedures
·         Actively participate in performance appraisals for CC Agents


Qualification

·         At least 2-4 years experience in related filled

FLIGHT OPERATION AUDITOR
Job Role
The Flight Operations Auditor will work with the Quality Assurance Manager in developing and maintaining audit schedules and reporting processes ensuring compliance with relevant regulatory and Air Arabia requirements. He/she is responsible for notifying the concerned areas being reviewed, and researching relevant reference documentation and airline specific regulations (UAE GCAA CARs, CAAPs etc.) to ensure compliance. He/she will create audit checklists based on the above and previous audit experiences. He/she will conduct the audit, define and report findings, achieve agreement on corrective actions to be taken and complete Q-Pulse updates as required. He/she will run trend analysis reports on all audits and provide related reports to the Quality Assurance Manager for review.
The Flight Operations Auditor assists the Quality Assurance Manager in ensuring that process/ procedure manuals are up to date and relevant through process mapping, defining and developing procedures/ documentation as well as in the development and delivery of training presentations on the Quality Management system across all Flight Operations areas. He / she is responsible for data management through the Q-Pulse system, acts as the primary system administrator and is expected to contribute towards timely system developments.
The Flight Operations Auditor will be required to assist the Quality Assurance Manager in convening regular management reviews, for the purposes of periodically assessing Quality System/ Flight Operations process performance. This will include, independently working with all stakeholders for resourcing, preparation and analysis of data into consolidated reports. He/she will ensure Quality awareness through Quality Bulletins, inter-service memos, etc. The job holder will also be required to undertake follow-up on action points assigned to stakeholders.
In this role, the job holder must ensure effective liaison with regulatory authorities and other operationally relevant external entities while maintaining and controlling all QA related records in an easily accessible manner. He/she must have the ability to assimilate technical, procedural, and regulatory requirements through the application of analytical and problem solving skills.

Qualification
·         Must have an Aircraft Engineering Degree or have held a pilot license
·         Minimum of 5 year experience in Flight Operations
·         Acceptable knowledge of the legal requirements of GCAA, CAR/JAR-OPS or EASA/FAA
·         Knowledge in fuel auditing and de-icing as per CAR OPS 1 requirement will be an advantage
·         PC Literate and well versed in MS Office Suite / Google office applications
·         Excellent written and spoken communication skills in English (Arabic would be an advantage)
