You are
responsible to ensure that staff carry out their assigned duties and
ensure the availability of passenger baggage trolleys at designated areas of
Dubai Airports. This will be achieved by supervising a team of Trolley
Collectors and Scooter Operators.
Your responsibility will include but not limited to Plan
and Submit Staff Allocation plan, Ensure Trolley Services staff and outsourced
staff carry out their tasks in accordance with standard operating procedures,
Implement proper safety standards while carrying out activities, including
wearing recommended PPEs in line with DA and QHSE policies.
you will be educated
with a Degree/ Diploma level with 5 years of training. You must have minimum 5
years of related experience in a similar field and must
be familiar with standard applications of MS Office. Additionally, holding
a valid driving license is an advantage.

experience within a high throughput customer service environment.
You will be customer focused and self motivated

Head Customer Experience
Country : U.A.E
You will be educated
to Masters degree level in a discipline related to customer experience
management, customer focused innovation or service design.
You will have minimum 8-10 years’ experience in customer
experience research and production of innovative product and service concepts,
with at least 5 years senior management experience in an airport customer
experience role. Excellent collaboration, communication and presentation skills
are an essential prerequisite.
