Hull Coordinator - Section Assembly
RESPONSIBILITIES
·
Responsible for coordinating and evaluating any of the following
sub-outfitting activities:
o Piping workshop &
support, which is responsible for the preparation of piping system in the
workshop
o Steel workshop, which
is rresponsible for mounting, fabrication and modification of Steel outfitting
items
o Welding, responsible
for any welding support in the workshop and the onboard
o Pipe Assembling,
installation of any piping systems
o Hydraulic systems,
installation of hydraulic system
o HVAC Systems,
installation of HVAC system
o Outfitting/Mechanical,
installation of mechanical parts
·
Resolve technical issues occur during the process
·
Establish and
revise various planning, work order, guidelines and instructions
·
Able to set objectives, allocate work groups, set up and supervise
multiple work areas
·
Create and maintain a culture of continuing improvement in
quality/safety performance and awareness across teams & work areas
·
Coordination of reception / processing / checkup / distribution documentation
ready for production
·
Controls and monitors the progress of work and expedite the timely
delivery of information according to agreed schedule
·
Weekly progress projects reporting to Chief of Workshop
·
Acts as first point of contact for concerned workshop
·
Liaise where necessary with other departments
QUALIFICATION
·
•
Diploma/Degree in Engineering or Naval architecture
• Minimum
of 5-10 years of experience in ship building in middle management position
•
Excellent leadership capabilities and communication skill
•
