Electrical Supervisor
Roles : 
• Supervises the activities of assigned personnel in the Communication Dept. 
• Carries out various duties related to communication facility operation such as Radio system, Hazardous area CCTV & Paging/PA Systems monitoring, switching and transfer. 
• Identifies any special tools or testing equipment required to perform maintenance tasks, and checks and calibrates all test equipment to ensure accurate and safe operation of the work of the section. 
• Carries out permits approval of relevant authorities as outlined in safety rules. He will be certified as an authorized person. 
• Develops Maintenance Procedures and Instructions. 
• Studies the Communication systems of the Refinery in order to provide technical backup for superintendent Electrical. 
• Ensures all drawings and plans are up-to-date and “as built”. 
• Coordinates activities with other engineers and operators to solve problems on Communication equipment and ensures safety and reliability. 
• Prepares monthly activity reports. 
• Carries out various duties, related to expense, for modifications improvements and alterations to the Communication systems of existing facilities, executed by ORPIC. 
• Records time sheet for all Electrical technicians in database system. 
• Prepares the Area Normal / Emergency shutdown procedure with superintendent and engineers. 
• Prepares the emergency action taken against unsafe and abnormal condition.

Team Leader
Roles :
1.Ensuring Proactive, effective, efficient & user –friendly trainees management services.
2.Looking after Orpic new intake of Trainees in Orpic plants during customized training.
3.Coordinating with the departments for the implementation and effective delivery of the trainees’ development plans.
4.Following- up/ monitoring all classroom training plans and Trainees’ On Job Training (OJT).
5.Participating in interviews and selection of new trainers discipline wise.
6.Develops courses and programs to fulfill requirements of the company, to ensure adequately trained and skilled Trainees.
7.Monitors and observes all fire and safety regulations at the training center and the upkeep of workshops, lecture rooms and offices.
8.Produce a monthly trainees progress reports and ensure revision and accuracy.
9.Monitors effectiveness of training progress by getting feedback on Trainees from the departments.
10.Managing and updating the database of Trainees records that are required to generate various reports requested.
