Sales MANAGER
Roles
·         Source potential investors and establish/maintain strong working relationships

Qualifications
·         Minimum 2 – 3 years experience in the Dubai Real Estate Market

·         Good organizational skills and attention to detail with the ability to network effectively at all levels
·         An enthusiastic approach, with a “go getter” and hands-on attitude

Project Manager
Roles
·         Monitoring external suppliers in relation to project management schedules, use of sub-contractors, and on-site construction engineering activities.
·         Planning, executing, and finalisation of projects in line with strict deadlines and within budget
·         Managing resources and coordinating the efforts of team members in order to deliver project according to plan.
·         Defining objectives and overseeing the quality control throughout its life cycle.
·         Participating in the formulation and implementation of the Project Management strategy
·         Managing day-to-day operations to ensure high performance standards in line with project plan.
·         Ensuring that the quality of materials and the installation of work are in accordance with the criteria identified for the project
·         Following up of the preparation of Bid Summaries in conjunction with the Contracts / Commercial Departments
·         Shall interact on day to day basis with the procurement and logistics team
·         Recommending the award of subcontract work
·         Receiving of all relevant information regarding design, drawings and engineering
·         Reviewing with the site staff and the Planning Engineer the detailed programmes for the execution of the project

·         Ensuring that suitably qualified personnel required for the project are mobilized in a timely manner, as required
·         Follow up all aspects related for project health, safety and security
·         Follow up with the purchasing section for the procurement of material
·         Reviewing the manpower requirements for the project

·         Compilation of all necessary progress reports
·         Attending meetings with the Consultant, Client and Subcontractors
·         Issuing instructions to the Subcontractors
·         Identifying and taking the necessary corrective action to improve the progress and /or quality of work
·         Handling of project petty cash, matters related to invoices, payments
·         Receiving and auctioning project correspondence
·         Writing project correspondence with other relevant staff
·         Staff training and appraisal
·         Follow up of execution of works according of agreed procedures and method statements
·         Issuing instruction to the Project Engineer to complete work in accordance with project planning and schedules and allocation resources
·         Monitoring all Subcontractors’ work closely to ensure that the quality of the work is as per specification and is completed on time
·         Review of short-term planning together with the Project Engineer
·         Monitoring and compiling relevant information of production rates together with the Project Engineer
·         Conducting daily meetings with site staff to organize work for the day / next day
·         Handling of variations including supervision of submittals and negotiations
·         Report and update to management the progress on regular basis
·         Co-ordination with Head Office – purchase, cost control, planning and estimation
·         Follow up of timely preparation and submittal of “as-built” drawings and O&M Manuals
·         Produce performance report and introduce appropriate remedial measures monthly
·         Review the invoice of Client before issuing
·         Daily reporting skills to the line manager


Qualifications
·         Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management or a related engineering degree
·         A minimum of 15 years of work experience in the design and/or construction of buildings in general, ideally with emphasis on Hospitality projects.
·         Strong leadership skills, independent thinking, strong organisational and planning abilities, with excellent analytical and problem solving skills.
·         Excellent knowledge of International construction standards, design techniques and tools in construction, planning, estimating and project management.
·         GCC Experience is essential.
·         Good written and oral English language required – Arabic would be a bonus,
 Sr. Architect
Roles
·         Participate in the development of the project team structure, composition and a project plan in collaboration with the Project Director
·         Develop briefs along with Project Director on the cost and resources
·         Conduct regular meeting with the Project Director to confirm the requirements, obtain additional information and ensure that all design facets of the projects are correctly scoped; develop an insight on how to proceed with the concept design of the project
·         Coordinate effectively with other architects and engineers throughout project lifecycles (planning, concept, preliminary, final etc.); review and understand their drawings and specifications to ensure that adequate provisions in their designs are made based on architectural designs
·         Develop and design multiple concept design alternatives
·         Assist the Project Director in the delivery of presentations to receive approval on the concept design
·         Ensure the development of preliminary drawings by formulating a drawing list of the different areas of the building
·         Assist in the preparation of preliminary cost estimates for concept designs
·         Assist in preparing correspondence to consultants, municipal authorities, contractors and other relevant parties, in co-ordination with the Project Director
·         Develop detailed working drawings for the project in order to eliminate subjectivity in the interpretation of the drawings
·         Assist in gaining approvals for preliminary designs from the relevant government authorities across the lifecycle of the project
·         Ensure adherence to the budgets, timelines and all other requirements associated with the project
·         Act as a reference point along with the Project Director for all departments/sections across the life cycle of  the project
·         Assist the Project Director in ensuring approval on final working drawings
·         Ensure the integrity of the design intent remains throughout the life cycle of the project
·         Coordinate with Project Managers and Site Architects to ensure smooth implementation of activities on site


Qualifications
·         Degree/Master in Architecture;
·         Understanding the clients brief and vision,
·         Presentation skills to management,
·         Understanding of local building authority requirements,
·         Good communication skills in oral and written English,
·         Good knowledge and understanding of hospitality operators,
·         Good multi discipline coordination knowledge,
·         Good follow up on deliverables as per developers programme,
·         Previous experience in running from conceptual design into schematic design and finally to detail design stages in high end hospitality projects;
·         Min of 5 years consultancy experience in the UAE;
·         Able to work proactively in a team;
·         Good coordination and design review of external consultants,
·         Proficiency in Autocad, Revit, SketchUp, Adobe Design Suite and Microsoft Office.
