Assist in the
coordination and preparation of the annual operating budget

Act as liaison between
operating groups and the Financial Planning and Analysis department to receive
timely budget and/or forecast submissions

Work with operating
entities to identify the cause of significant variances from budget and
forecast to actual results

Assist in compiling
competitive information for analysis and presentation purposes
Qualification

Bachelor’s degree in
Finance or Accounting
·
3+ years of financial
experience
·
Strong analytical
skills
·
Possess a strong
background in business/financial analysis
·
Technical
understanding of business planning processes
·
Ability to meet strict
deadlines
·
Extensive experience
working in Excel, Word, Project and PowerPoint
·
Strong organizational
and managerial skills and the ability to handle multiple projects at once
ASSISTANT

within an Information Technology capacity – preferably within the Hotel
industry

Excellent presentation
skills and the ability to engage with an audience
·
Ability to convey information
of a highly technical nature
·
Ability to analyze
qualitative data
·
Experience with
managing multiple assignment effectively
·
Highly proficient with
Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint
REVENUE
ANALYST

and Responsibilities
·
Understand the
dynamics of the Global, National Regional and Local Political and Economic
Markets
·
Analyze booking
patterns by market segment
·
Coordinate month end
reports for relevant functions in the sales and revenue department
·
Assist the Director in
annual pricing processes and strategies (research, price positioning)
·
Assist in the
development of new revenue management processes
·
Prepare various
corporate reports
·
Assist in the
production of the annual revenue report
·
Ensure full technical
understanding and optimal use of all distribution channels across the Hotel
Qualification
·
Bachelors or Master’s
degree required within the field of Information Technology
·
3+ years of experience
within an Information Technology capacity – preferably within the Hotel
