Manager Financial Planning
Roles and Responsibilities
·         Assist in the coordination and preparation of the annual operating budget
·         Act as liaison between operating groups and the Financial Planning and Analysis department to receive timely budget and/or forecast submissions
·         Work with operating entities to identify the cause of significant variances from budget and forecast to actual results
·         Assist in compiling competitive information for analysis and presentation purposes

Qualification
·         Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting
·         3+ years of financial experience
·         Strong analytical skills
·         Possess a strong background in business/financial analysis
·         Technical understanding of business planning processes
·         Ability to meet strict deadlines
·         Extensive experience working in Excel, Word, Project and PowerPoint
·         Strong organizational and managerial skills and the ability to handle multiple projects at once



ASSISTANT MANAGER
Roles and Responsibilities
·         Create and maintain detailed and accurate project documentation
·         Collaborate with key project stakeholders for scheduling and communication
·         Prepare tender packages
·         Assist in project scope development
·         Assist  IT Projects and Business Solutions department to deliver successful projects
·         Translate notes into diagrams and informative texts

Qualification
·         Bachelors or Master’s degree required within the field of Information Technology
·         3+ years of experience within an Information Technology capacity – preferably within the Hotel industry
·         Excellent verbal and written communication skills
·         Excellent presentation skills and the ability to engage with an audience
·         Ability to convey information of a highly technical nature
·         Ability to analyze qualitative data
·         Experience with managing multiple assignment effectively
·         Highly proficient with Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint


REVENUE ANALYST
Roles and Responsibilities
·         Understand the dynamics of the Global, National Regional and Local Political and Economic Markets
·         Analyze booking patterns  by market segment
·         Coordinate month end reports for relevant functions in the sales and revenue department
·         Assist the Director in annual pricing processes and strategies (research, price positioning)
·         Assist in the development of new revenue management processes
·         Prepare various corporate reports
·         Assist in the production of the annual revenue report
·         Ensure full technical understanding and optimal use of all distribution channels across the Hotel

Qualification
·         Bachelors or Master’s degree required within the field of Information Technology
