·
Prepare long term
financial projections for various upcoming school projects and evaluate the feasibility on basis of certain capital
budgeting parameters.
·
Construct dynamic
financial models and perform scenario analysis.
·
Develop AOP – annual
operating plan & 5 year business plan (rolling forecast model).
·
Develop tools and
systems to provide critical financial and operational information to the
business head and make actionable recommendations on both strategy and operations.
·
Perform market
(desk/field) study in order to drive the strategy for the business.
·
Participate in
implementation of approved school projects.
·
Finalize the chart of
accounts for the school business and coordinate with the accounts team to
finalize the P&L on a monthly basis.
·
Monitor the actual
financials against budgeted. Identify the variance and suggest corrective
measures.

Qualifications
:
·
Minimum 3/4 years' experience in a similar role in oil & gas
industry.
·
· Location – UAE & Singapore
·
· Bachelor's degree in Law from a
recognized university
·
· Good research and drafting skills
·
· Excellent Knowledge of UAE laws.
·
· Must have excellent communication
skills.
·
· Excellent command of the English and
Arabic languages (litigation documents).
·
· IT Skills Required: MS Word
(Expert); MS Excel; MS Outlook
