Roles

Vendor negotiations, product selection, pricing, assortment for Crockery.
Responsible for buying and merchandising for crockery as a category
Plan-O-Gram, Display matrix, VM for crockery product. 
Location wise assortment, range sales analysis, action to correct.
Maintain fill rates and control inventory levels. 
Store and Market visit to control display and benchmark competition .

Assistant Manager
Roles
To ensure right /timely inwarding and outwarding of material
To ensure timely settlement of inventory discrepancy after thorough investigation 
Day to day monitoring of Goods in transit ( GIT ) - WH to Store, Store to WH and WH to WH ( other territory ) 
Daily Monitoring of GIT shortage and conducting of investigation to know the source of shortage.
Stock adjustment after due approval to ensure physical stock is in line with system.
Minimization of stock mismatch

Inventory Management 
Monitoring of stock movement to various stores
Analysis of aged stock and submission of report time to time
Analysis of broken piece and reporting 
Exception report 

Damage control
Analysis of sources of damage 
Timely transferring of damage to damage bucket
POA to control damage
Monthly passing of damage SAD
Monitoring of repair/re-price of damage item

Perpetual Inventory ( PI ) &Shrinkage control 
Analysis and control of shrinkage
Performing of PI and stock take as per schedule
Passing of SAD 

Insurance claim 
To ensure adequate insurance cover for WH stock 
Timely conducting of survey 
Coordination with Surveyor 
Submission of survey report to insurance coy and follow up for timely settlement with minimal deduction.


Workplace Services 
Coordination with store inventory
Coordination with WH concept and WH Manager
Coordination with Regional Inventory
Timely submission of WH MIS
WH security system audit

Designer
Roles
·         Post Graduate in design from reputed institution with experience in modular kitchen trade (retail) for 2 yrs or more.
·         Should have specific on job experience of designing customer kitchens and having executed them successfully.
·         Should possess hands on knowledge of design software such as KCDw, KD Max, Auto CAD 2d/3d etc.,
·         Experience in handling builders and architects on designing project based kitchen assignments, would be an added advantage.
·         In charge of flawless site measurement, appointing contractors at site, managing work force in multiple sites, executing site within stipulated deadline.
·         Process adherence (set by SSFL) and proactive in communicating site progress and installation requirements to customers.
·         In charge of snag free kitchen execution and receiving good rating from every customer handled by him in the form of completion certificate.
·         In charge of scrutiny of vendor bills and certification alongside designer.
·         Capable of handling issues and escalations in a friendly manner, thereby diffusing problems with on time resolutions mutually acceptable to client and company.
·         Continuously ensure highest degree of customer satisfaction and maintain peak after sales service levels.
·         Other soft skills include fluency in MS office and command over english, local language based on territory of ops
·         Multitasker, who is willing to meet demands of designing, selling and executing kitchens, taking full ownership of client satisfaction and accountability of targets, set by company.

Executive
Roles
Responsible to provide service to the corporate clients on an ongoing basis. Ensure that their queries are addressed in the shortest span of time and they get the best service in terms of information dissemination on product use and new launches. 
Preparing and making presentations on product features, customized product offerings, commercials and explaining to them how it would be useful for them. 
Understanding the corporate market potential and trying to tap them by daily sales calls and visits. 
Promote the product in the whole sale market. 
Carry out customer profiling, understanding their needs, their market requirements and creating selling proposition in order to expand the existing customer base. 
Generate more business and ensuring that the correct range of products is displayed in the store so that the local retail market is not disturbed. 
Ensure warehouse is well stocked for the products displayed in the store.
