Customer Services Executive
Roles
Order Management:

Understand the customers contact and order methods/frequency whilst promoting efficiency of tools to achieve error free data.

Understand system alerts indicating order, delivery or billing/credit control issues surrounding the order process.

Manage customer event or promotional order activities in conjunction with Generating Demand.

Application of reason code methodology to record appropriately all changes within customer orders (SP& DP alignment for stock related and market rejections from OPC)

Manage Direct Delivery Order& settlement process.

Maintain Quota provided for OPC (Operational Country) and report the status of consumption.

Define& set in system product substitution rules in agreement with OPC.

Liaise with OPC on allocation of critical stock to manage demand.

Highlight to OPC lead time violations and take corrective actions to resolve issues impacting order flow.

Analyze Daily Order receipt and provide visibility to OPC on status (Non-confirmed& confirmed orders, OBD created, Billed).

Maintain customer master data regarding:
  • Customer point of contact for Order
  • Follow up on Direct Customer Orders
  • Product portfolio for each OPC

Liaise with customers (where possible) to review order schedules, non-adherence to agreed order cut offs, alignment on material/ product master data thereby building a good rapport with customers.

CRR (Claims, Returns and Refusals):

Timely execution of CRR documents received from OPC.

Reconciliation of total CRR document received vs. executed.

Provide visibility to OPC on ‘open transactions’ – highlighting non receipt of stocks in system (GRN).

Proactively share with OPC the analyzed number, value, frequency of claims, returns and refusals.
Promote and take advantage from reason code methodology for reporting.

CFR (Case Fill Rate):

Access or maintain information regarding service level.

Monthly/ Weekly CFR report with reason code analysis.

Miscellaneous:

Contribution to team meetings and decision making.

Prepare, attend, participate and communicate in cross stream meetings such as daily, weekly operational reviews.

Resolve issues/ problems utilizing NCE tools.

Create Purchase Request (PR) for supply chain specific stationeries (Invoice papers/CGRF & Sampling Books etc.)

Qualification
Arabic language as mother tongue;

2- 3 years of preferably operational experience in Customer Service in a similar market environment or trade structure or relevant operational experience in Generating Demand e.g. Sales or customer administration

Experience with order management or direct sales environment

Experience for/ with Customer

Operational experience in Supply Chain functions

Experience in related business improvement projects


Brand Manager
Roles
Develops and updates consumer portrait, consumer engagement funnel for his/her brand

Activates brand essence and vision

Manages 60/40+ basket, packaging, NHW dashboard, services and CSV related to his/her brand

Develops and updates consumer portrait, understands in store environment, contributes to category strategy, defines desired relative price, provides recommendation to pricing and promotional strategy, processes SKUs for key channels and key customers

Ensures consumer centricity, applies innovation levers, contributes and executes innovation pipeline, maintains vibrancy via relevant renovation for his/her brands

Contributes to the Development and executes strong, functional alignment brand plan. Tracks and monitors the performance, health and strategic alignment. Understanding business impact of PFME and TTS investment of his/her brand

Contributes to development of OBIs and Big ideas, engagement strategies and creates relevant and memorable brand experiences. Works in partnership with communication agencies and ensures all brand communication contributes to enhancing the company image of trusted NHW leader

Qualification
Minimum 3 years experience in marketing or 3 years experience in other functions ideally in Sales at Nestle or equivalent FMCG.

Experience in working in cross functional teams.


Scientific Affairs Business Partner
Roles
Develop and maintain solid regulatory knowledge related to his/her scope (categories), at relevant markets and at Codex/EU level.   

Ensure full compliance of recipes, products, labeling and any kind of product communication.   

Understand regulatory trends: develop awareness of these trends within Nestlé, identify opportunities and/or threats and take appropriate initiatives to address them.

Take decisions and assume results within her/his field of competence with minimum guidance.    

Provide support to Businesses and work in close cooperation with all relevant units (e.g. Communication).

Provide support to discussions with authorities at national, and regional level (e.g.  GSO), when related to his/her business scope (Category); RSA BP may participate when required.

Provide clear feedback on regulatory environment related to his/her business scope (Category) to guide I&R and develop Group’s positions / policies wherever necessary.

Participate in issues/crisis prevention and management and solve problems independently according to briefed business needs.

Communicate regulatory changes and drive implementation across stockholders in his/her field of competence. Propose & Implement action plans in response to regulatory changes in the Region.

Keep track of upcoming changes in regulations (draft standards) across the region in his respective categories, and prepare the required action plan for each new regulation or standard affecting it. 

Contribute as key member to local and multimarket I&R projects. Provide support to I&R projects include registration files and required documents from suppliers and support RSA in OPCs to meet registration timeline.

As a member of RSA team engage in RSA department activities in NCE, development projects, projects and activities to improve function performance and commitment to business support as required (e.g. Label-D).

Work in close collaboration with all related internal and external stakeholders, RSA HO, RSA in the countries, CT-R, BUs, SC, Technical department, suppliers etc.

Knowledge transfer to new RSA members during orientation program. Provide regulatory support
to other technical units and to marketing as
appropriate.                                                                                                                                                                

Qualification
Fluency Arabic and English

3-5 years’ experience in a regulatory team (food association, industry or governmental authorities)

Applied knowledge in at least one of the regulatory related topics such as food safety, consumer information, nutrition & health, additive...                                                                                          

Demonstrated influencing skills in a previous job           

University Degree in Science or Law (e.g. Food Science/ Nutrition/Pharma/MD/ lawyer)

Know and understand local food chain association

Excellent communication and presentation skills          


Warehouse 3PL Manager
Roles

  • Monitors all the Nestlé Health, Safety and Environmental standards in the warehouse and distribution environments in both the 3PL and Nestlé factories are complied with on a daily basis and reports incidents and improvement plans.
  • Managing the contract regarding NME operations with service providers by:
•       tracking the 3PL's performance and cost
•       solving day to day issues with the 3PL
•       motivating the 3PL to continuously improve performance
  • Management responsibility for the logistics operations with the Nestlé NDM and Oryx factories, working closely with the factory management teams, planners and transport team to ensure the end to end operations are working as required, and there is a continuous improvement mindset approach to all operations.
  • Ensure communication and collaboration with other functional departments (Planning, Impex, transport, DC, Factories) and between 3PLs for a quick reaction to urgencies or issues.
  • Assist Value Stream Design which will identify areas of improvement.
  • Support and help the Nestle Continuous Excellence and LEAN roll out, ensuring that a continuous improvement culture is developed and sustained.

Qualification
·         At least 2 years relevant and successful operational experience at market/ business level in one or more of the following:
       Warehouse Management
       Transportation
       Physical Logistics Projects

·         Relevant operational experience at market/business level, in the following areas is beneficial:
       Import / export operations
       Demand & Supply Planning
       Transportation
       Technical
       Finance: Business Planning, budget control, cost management, OPEX

·         Experience in the management of projects such as:
       Distribution Network Redesign and optimization
       High Performance Logistics
       Cost reduction (OPEX savings)
·         Desirable to have had experience implementing NCE-Goal alignment concepts and tools.
