STRUCTURAL ENGINEER
ROLES
Study, review all structure engineering documents related to the project (such as submissions, drawings and reports) and provide technical solutions (if applicable) for the structure and civil activities regarding design, tender and construction stage, in order to issue review reports which can control the quality of structure / civil products issued to the site for construction. 
Review all the submissions from the consultant and PMC related to the DIRD buildings structure design and issue a review reports in this regard. Review weekly and monthly reports from the consultants and PMC related to structure design and comments in order to get comprehensive reports. Ensuring implementation of local and international standards as agreed regarding structure / engineering detail design. Ensuring the technical coordination between the different disciplines engineering / geotechnical / topographic during the detail engineering / construction stage. Ensuring / advice of Estidama implementation in the detailed engineering design regarding structure / civil work and forecasting for the construction stage. Ability to prepare detailed Engineering (analysis and design - as requested) to meet the functional, operational and safety requirements of the project. Carries out maintenance and updating of design reports, analysis models and files. Provides support wherever is required in review and audit of all structure studies / submissions and modifications. Prepares and reviews of SOR and SOW for Civil Engineering works, geotechnical and topographical surveys and Design Basis documents for Civil & Structural works covering all VAP stages. Participate all meeting (i.e schedule review meeting, progress meeting, coordination meeting, constructability review meeting and so on.) Works in line with HSE Policy, and ensure awareness and compliance with HSE rules and regulations by subordinates. 
Site visits when requested to review and check related investigations with structure / geotechnical and topographical surveys and issue reports in this regard.
QUALIFICATION


Bachelor Degree in Civil / Structure Engineering
Minimum 15 year experience in Analysis, Design and Detailed Engineering of Civil and Structural engineering software such as STAAD - Pro, SAP 2000, Foundation - 3D, Auto-CAD, E- tabs and has good computer literacy, communication,writing and presentation skills. 
Conversant with relevant international codes and standards
Remains abreast of new technical methods in area of expertise for purpose of recommending changes to company codes and standards. 
Demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication skills and maintain good relations with all levels of management and employees.
Proficient in English.

Sr. INSTRUMENT ENGINEER
ROLES
Acting as the Technical Authority in Instrument discipline and have been ‎familiar/responsible for the upkeep of the types of equipment, machinery and ‎management systems found in LNG and Petrochemical/Gas processing facilities.‎
• To demonstrate leadership and commitment in promoting the company HSE corporate ‎vision in all HSE matters, promoting the correct behaviors and development and use ‎of relevant procedures.‎
• Financial management - Act as discipline champion for the review of all related ‎capital and revenue expenditure proposals, contributing to the development of the ‎annual budget cycle and following through the planning and implementation phase.‎
• Contracts and Procurement - As necessary, to develop, provide and review scopes of ‎work and technical content for contracts and procurement.‎
• To act as discipline focal point for championing and promoting improvements in asset ‎reliability and availability through improvements to management systems and ‎processes, working practices and equipment studies including obsolescence reviews ‎and incident investigations.‎
• To act as the discipline Technical Authority and focal point for engineering design ‎and modification reviews, participating in Hazard and Hazop reviews as required.‎
• To provide leadership in the upkeep, development and improvement of the ‎maintenance management system for the core discipline, ensuring adherence to ‎processes and procedures and undertaking departmental performance audits on a ‎regular basis.‎
• To act as discipline mentor and champion for UAE and other staff, encouraging and ‎providing stimulus to their ongoing development.‎
QUALIFICATION

Aged: Maximum 50 Years.‎
• BSc in Instrumentation & Control Engineering or equivalent.‎
• ‎15 years or more experience in maintenance and application of Instrument equipment ‎associated with the oil refining or Petro-Chemical industry. Experience of Technical ‎Services and Maintenance Procedures writer will be an added advantage.‎
• Excellent knowledge of spoken and written English.‎

EDITOR
ROLES
Plans, writes and edits material for Client's News house magazine and other
publications. Assists in preparation of Client's annual report, diaries, calendars,
planners, greeting cards and brochures. Drafts and edits press releases and
Company advertisements. Maintains good contacts with the media. Prepares
various news briefs and scans local and foreign press. Utilizes the computer for
writing and editing purposes.

Edits Client's News and other publications and supervises all stages of their making
and coverage. Includes planning, selecting material, interviewing, writing and
translating articles for the journals.
Recommends topics to be covered in Company publications including conferences
and other special events. Follows up on the activities of the Media & Publications
Assistant to ensure that deadlines are met.
Prepares various news summaries. Includes reading local and international
newspapers and extracting articles of interest to the Company concerning political,
economic or social development and summarizing in a report for distribution to the
Management.
Collects data and assists in the preparation of the Annual Report. Includes
translating, editing and ensuring availability of adequate supply of material.
Edits Company advertisements and notices, makes appropriate changes and
processes for placement. Includes receiving drafts and editing to reflect objective
and appropriate emphasis.
Maintains contacts with Client's Divisions and corresponding functions in the
ADNOC Group Companies to collect material to be developed for publication.
Selects / recommends graphics, such as drawings, diagrams, pictures and charts to
illustrate manuscript and conform to space and subject matter requirements.
Prepares the contents of Takreer’s website and ensures conformity of its design and
text.
Writes and edits materials for Client electronic multimedia products.
Participates in the preparation of the layout / design of Client's s publications.
Arranges photographing services for all corporate business occasions.
Performs other similar or related duties, as assigned.
QUALIFICATION
B.A. in Journalism / Mass Media or equivalent.
5 years experience as Editor in Media & Publications unit in an oil industry related
work
Good knowledge of English & Arabic languages.
Should be able to write ARABIC.
Practical knowledge of Microsoft Office computer software packages as well as
Desktop Publisher.
BILINGUAL Candidates preferred for the position.

OIL AND GAS OPERATOR
ROLES
1.‎ Monitors control panels or on site instruments in accordance with standard plant operating ‎procedures and instructions, thus ensuring a continuous check on the efficient running of the plant ‎and equipment in his assigned area.‎
‎2.‎ Operates equipment and facilities in accordance with instructions from his supervisor, takes ‎immediate action in case of any abnormal function, disturbance or alarm either by adjusting ‎process parameters in accordance with standard operating procedures or by referring to Senior ‎Operator.‎
‎3.‎ Shuts down the plant partially or totally in case of emergency, and starts it up again in accordance ‎with instructions from higher authority.‎
‎4.‎ Logs operating incidents occurring during shift for records and for counterpart on the next shift, ‎and discusses incidents with his supervisor.‎
‎5.‎ Leads fire fighting operations in his area until taken over by high authority.‎
‎6.‎ Conducts other similar or related duties such as carrying out fuel oil make-up and injections and ‎ensures proper safety methods are adopted while handling them.‎
‎7.‎ Ensures proper/safe housekeeping after completion of any maintenance job keeping work area ‎clean, tidy and safe to work. ‎
‎8.‎ Looks for any modification/improvement in the system design to increase productivity/safe ‎operation.‎
‎9.‎ Prepares equipment while handing over for any maintenance activities, keeping equipment as well ‎as personnel safety in mind. ‎
‎10.‎ Provides assistance during any maintenance activity so that the maintenance crew is fully aware ‎of their working environment. ‎
11. Gives orientation and guidance to new trainees / UAE Nationals
12. Carry out the job function in accordance with HSE commitment and policy to achieve strategic objectives and targets stipulated in client's HSE management system document.
QUALIFICATION
‎1.‎ Completion of Secondary technical education (12 years) + specialized plant operator training ‎equivalent to 6 to 9 months full-time.‎
‎2.‎ ‎4 years experience of Process Operation in the oil or petrochemical industry.‎
‎3.‎ Good knowledge of English.‎
